I’ve been somewhere that organized their music like that.
Primary sort by the cover artist’s name (surname comma given name), then by album name, then by publisher, then by artist name. There was supposedly a genre sort after that, but I don’t think it ever came into play because few artists release multiple albums by the same name.
For what it’s worth, I didn’t buy anything there. I couldn’t find anything I was interested in.
